We accept all insurance and below is list of the plans we are in-network. We are in the process of becoming in-network for several other plans.
Cash Discount: If you don’t have dental insurance, we offer a discount on our extraction fees with the purchase
of complete dentures. *Extraction discount does not apply with partial dentures.
Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.
Credit Card: Apply online (www.creditcare.com) or in our office.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
